reasons I'm going into semi-retirement.
There are no more 'rush' services for masks that need be created on demand,
nor custom designs with the exception of works for legitimate theater,
until further notice.
There
can be no returns, so please choose carefully. Read the FAQ
for more information.

No orders are being accepted via postal mail without prior acknowledgement,
because identity
thieves are raiding brick-and-mortar mailboxes.
And that isn't
any good for either you or me.

Whether
you're interested in a one-of-a-kind mask from
the Uniques Collection, or want to order a classic from
the Open Editions, or buy one off the
Rack or out of Oblivion, please
e-mail
me first to verify its availability. During the masquerade seasons
leading up to Halloween, Christmas, New Year's and Mardi Gras / Carnevale,
it can be difficult for me to update my pages on a day-to-day basis.

this time I'd like to encourage you to use USPS for your deliveries.
FedEx is
demanding
ever escalating fuel surcharges, making their services very expensive
--
for this
reason at this time all shipments to Canada will be via post. )
However, if
you opt for delivery via FedEx, please be sure to provide me with a phone
number that I can put on their waybill (their rule, not mine) should FedEx
need to contact you regarding the delivery of your new masks. Also,
FedEx does not deliver to P.O. boxes.

Please Note:
The prices of the masks do not - repeat - do not
include shipping and handling, simply because many folks order 2 or more
masks at a time -- also, some are in a hurry to get their masks and are
willing to go to the extra expense of an overnight delivery. This
way it's fair to everyone.
ORDERS
WITH INSUFFICIENT FUNDS FOR SHIPPING AND HANDLING
WILL
BE RETURNED UNPROCESSED.
SHIPPING
AND HANDLING CHARGES: These charges will be based on the total
order. The shipping and handling charges are determined by the dimensions
and weight and value of the package. All packages are shipped fully
insured, using only Federal Express and the USPS, and will be shipped
within 2 to 4 weeks if domestic (U.S.A.), or 4 to 6 weeks if foreign.
Addendum
-- I must now use only my own Federal Express account,
as I've been
burnt too often by bogus accounts and 'borrowed' delivery addresses.

I can't hold
any mask for more than three ( 3 ) days, and yelling "dibs!" works only
on the school playground.
PayPal
is the fastest, safest and surest way to secure your mask for prompt shipping.

Achtung!
The treatment that the U.S. Postal Service is using to decontaminate packages
-- to eliminate the 'potential spread of anthrax' -- has shown itself to
cause eventual discoloration and/or the breakdown of original artworks
and fine art prints. I have no idea what this may do to leather.
If you choose to have your order shipped via USPS during this time, I cannot
accept responsibility for any discoloration or 'accelerated aging' of your
masks.
•
Please allow between
two and four weeks for the (domestic) delivery of masks that have
to be created on demand -- I don't mass-produce and stockpile masks, because
many orders I receive contain special requests for custom colors.
Note: My bank requires 8 (eight) business days to
clear personal or corporate checks.

sometimes create unexpected delays.
